Sunday a.m. 2-Hour Yoga and
Meditation Class
For students of all levels,
Rudrani’s
2-hour Sunday morning class offers a blissful, meditative Yoga escape.
Both teacher and students have time to breathe life into the principles
and practices of meditation and the unifying forces of Yoga.
Level 1
For brand-new beginners as well as students who have been practicing
for some time. These classes offer fundamental training in the postures
as well as relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques.
Level 2
For students familiar with the basic principles of alignment who wish
to deepen and advance their asana practice.
Open Level
For students of all levels.
These multi-level classes allow you to work at your own frontier. As in
all WYC classes students receive individualized attention.

women cope with the stress of trying to conceive. Breathing exercises,
asana, restorative poses, meditation and visualization help connect
women deeply in mind, body, and spirit to themselves and their
intention. Tracy 212-375-1688

and abdominal work helps strengthen, balance, calm and restore women in
any stage of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience

Restorative
Yoga - Friday Evenings
A wonderful way to end the work week. Nourishing, healing postures and
deep breathing practices to regenerate the immune system and induce a
healing, relaxed and meditative state. Excellent for students needing
time to replenish energy and quiet down.
Yoga
Therapeutics
The power of Yoga and its liberating joy is for everyone including
those working with limitations. Using the Anusara principles of
alignment, this class helps bring awareness into the body to promote
maximum healing. This class is slow-paced and is appropriate for
students who are recovering from injuries, illness or surgery. It
allows ample time to address questions and concerns. Students who
currently practice yoga and experience physical discomfort during
certain asanas can also benefit. This class clarifies how you can
modify your asana practice in class and at home.
