A home practice
provides a stable foundation for starting your day by
waking up the body and mind, and it can also be a
centering way to wind up a busy day by returning your
attention to the quiet place inside yourself.
Come join us for a
delightful 2 1/2 hour workshop! Discover how asana
and inner inquiry can connect you more deeply to your
body and to your heart. Put your practice into your
own hands with confidence and inspiration.

Yoginis, join together to create an opportunity
for you to establish a self nurturing
practice specifically made for you. Learn how
to safely sequence and grow your favorite poses.
Learn to respond to the needs of your ever
changing inner life
by creating a
balanced and organic practice, based on self
inquiry and a deeply felt sense of what your body
needs at a particular time. Using focused asana,
pranayama, gentle restoratives, and meditation
you
will have the tools to bring yourself back, again
and again, to a place of clarity and peace. There
will be ample time for questions and sharing.
