Join us on retreat.
Our retreats are based on celebration, natural joy and the generating of high vibrations within the retreat group. Through our kirtans, satsangs, asana classes and meditations we unify and create something beautiful together. Retreats bring goodness to the world and transform and uplift the atmosphere.

Additional Details:
The Zendo
The Zendo, located 2.5 hours from NYC, is a traditionally built Zen monastery with residential monks in full time practice.
We return to this sacred sanctuary knowing the profound depths of practices we have experienced here in past retreats. The Zendo’s sacred grounds reveal an awe inspiring splendor of this unique refuge.
The Theme
The theme of the retreat, The Nature of Transformation is a seed to plant inside. In the inward turning we co-create together, we will naturally inquire inside making space to contemplate un-discovered layers of our being.
